What if I want to put in an ad for multiple relationship types?
If you want to put in an ad for multiple relationship types, just input multiple ads.  For example, if you are looking for a friend or a pen pal, each one will be an individual ad.   This gives you the flexibility to change the wording for each ad.  If you don't want to change the wording, you can open a second window and just cut and paste the info into your new ad.  This method also gives you the advantage of being able to enable or disable each individual ad.

All browsers can change the display the font size.  For IE, go under View -> Text Size and then select a larger font.  For Netscape use View -> Increase Font and View -> Decrease Font.  We made most of the site with a 12-point (H4) font.  Anything larger took up too much room.  Occasionally, we put small reminders of functionality in a smaller font.  These reminders are usually also contained in the page description paragraph which should be at the top of the page; unless you have the advanced user flag on your profile turned on.  The reminders will also be included on the help page for that section.  Lastly, you could decrease the size of your screen resolution; i.e. go down to 800x600 if you were at 1024x768.  You could also decrease to 640x480, but would then have to make use of the scroll bars, as the screen is designed to fit 800x600.

There should be no issues now.  We broke the interest page into sections.  That way, you can just look at sections of interests, or all of the interests if that works better for you!  Previously, there were a couple of people with a screen draw issue on the interest page because of low system memory.  Their computer couldn't handle drawing all of the interest boxes when it was on one page.  If you do still have an issue with the interest page, please send us feedback and let us know!

Check your password.  Sometimes there is some confusion between the number one(1) and the letter L(l).  This should not happen again, as we changed the password to be all upper case.  If you cut and paste your password from the e-mail to the password box, I guarantee it will work.

We have seen this happen on some versions of Netscape Navigator.  Netscape is changing the file somehow during the upload, and no one at Netscape can tell us why.  Unfortunately, until we hear something useful from Netscape; the workaround is to upload the photo using Microsoft Internet Explorer.  We have not had any issues uploading pics with IE.
